The process
Complete in-house control. No gaps between phases, no handoffs.
Ideation, design thinking, first shapes. Geometry, structural logic and manufacturing constraints explored simultaneously, not in sequence.
First shapes and structural logic

Class-A surfacing, multi-body assemblies, kinematic mechanisms and full bill of materials management.
Complete model and bill of materials

Structural FEA, thermal analysis, fatigue prediction and CFD-informed geometry. Simulation drives the decisions.
Decisions backed by analysis

Carbon fiber lay-up sequences, fiber orientation, core configuration, resin selection and non-destructive testing specification.
Material and NDT specification

CNC-ready files, sheet metal flat patterns, welding fixtures and DFM reviews across all processes.
Machine-ready files

Composite, CNC and 3D-printed prototypes. We iterate decisively until the design is validated.
Validated physical part

Process optimization, supplier qualification, quality checkpoints and first article inspection.
Production launched and controlled

2D drawings with GD&T, material certifications, test reports and work instructions.
Complete technical package

A single methodology
A racing component, an aerospace structure and an industrial part follow the same sequence: the constraints change, not the method.
