This notice explains how Phystyle Srl processes the personal data of people who visit this website, contact us through the contact form or send us a job application, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
1. Data controller

2. Browsing data
The servers hosting the site automatically record some technical data needed for it to work and to keep it secure, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page requested and browser type. These data are not used to identify users; they are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and kept for the period set by the hosting provider for security purposes.
3. Contact form
Data collected: name and surname, company, email address, industry, how you would like to start, and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis: to reply to your request and assess a possible collaboration, i.e. steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. If a contract follows, data are kept for its duration and for the periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations).
4. Job applications
Data collected: name and surname, email, phone, area of interest, experience, skills, portfolio or LinkedIn link, the description of a project and your CV.
Purpose and legal basis: to assess your application for current or future positions. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to a possible employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003, under which consent is not required for unsolicited CVs).
Please do not include in your CV special categories of data (e.g. health data, religious or political beliefs) unless strictly necessary. If present, they will be processed only within the limits of Art. 9(2)(b) GDPR.
Retention:
- if you do not give consent to retention, your CV is not stored on our server: it is only received by email and deleted at the end of the selection process it was sent for;
- if you do give the optional consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), your CV is kept for 12 months to be considered for future openings, after which it is deleted automatically. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to info@phystyle.com.
5. Is providing data mandatory?
Fields marked as required in the forms are needed to reply to you or assess your application: without them we cannot proceed. All other fields are optional.
6. How data are processed
Data are processed with electronic tools by authorised staff only, using appropriate security measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), folders not accessible from the web, and limited access to the mailboxes that receive the forms.
7. Recipients
Data are not disclosed to the public. They may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by the providers of hosting and email services (Aruba S.p.A.) and, where necessary, by IT consultants. They are not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
8. Transfers outside the EU
Data are stored on servers located in the European Union and are not transferred outside it. The site does not use external analytics, advertising or font services: fonts are served directly from our own server.
9. Your rights
You can at any time ask for access to your data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and withdraw any consent given without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to info@phystyle.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
